Day 1,2 & 3 : #pendaromachallenge

Ok so the day has come! The dreaded day when I publicly go on a 21 day bikini challenge. The typical mind-set that I normally go through which involves quitting by day 2 is just not an option. As I started by weighing myself on Monday, my start weight is 70 KGS. Yes Christmas turn up was just too much and I’m paying for it now!

I then realized how much I needed to commit to this in order to get my fit healthy body back. Therefore this has been my routine so far (yes I’ve been writing it all down):

Monday:

Breakfast: Black coffee with no sugar

Lunch: Fruit salad

Dinner: Noodles and 2 litres of water

No exercise

Tuesday: 

Breakfast: Black coffee with no sugar

10am-12:30: 2 coffees no sugar

Lunch: Last nights noodles

Dinner: Salad with Beef strips and 2 litres of water

No exercise

Wednesday:

Breakfast: Black coffee with no sugar & 2 pieces of toast

Lunch: Mexican Beans and rice from JAVA

Dinner: Salad with Beef strips and 2 litres of water

Exercise : KARUKA Intense workout class @wentworth gym
