Happier, Healthier You

In this day and age, its near impossible to miss out on the social media tidal wave of self motivation and health inspiration pages that can take over your news feeds on social media platforms ranging from Tumblr to Instagram.

There are generally two types of discussions that surround the topic of health inspiration pages. One based on the positive outcome it has on different people who follow specific pages and get their dose of beautiful bodies and healthy food pics everyday that inspire them to make a change and lead a healthier lifestyle.

Sadly the second discussion is based on the extremely high level of perfection that some pages illustrate that negatively raises self-confidence issues with women and men all over the world.

I think there are always different ways of looking at everything in life. I decided to shine some light on the topic in order to promote the positive way of looking at this because I want all my readers to live beautiful, grateful, positive, healthy lives. I can only speak for myself and admit that I have grown up with body issues and it has only been in the past 2 years when I truly discovered myself and gained that confidence and outlook of being grateful for what I have been given. I am therefore making healthier choices and trying to live a more positive life and it has been because of social media health accounts that I have gained even more inspiration to do so.

If anyone is looking for a health inspiration account to follow that promotes a more positive lifestyle check out the following blogs:
